Position Overview: As a Remote At Home Call Center Sales Advisor with KTECH, you will play a critical role in driving sales and providing outstanding customer service. You will engage with potential customers, answer inquiries, provide product information, and close sales, all from the comfort of your home.

Job Description:

  • Sales Engagement: Initiate and manage inbound and outbound sales calls to potential customers.
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, providing product information and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Sales Conversion: Utilize effective sales techniques to close deals and meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Follow-Up: Maintain contact with potential customers, nurturing relationships to secure future sales.
  • Documentation: Accurately document customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales Advisor Team to share insights, strategies, and support each other in achieving goals.
